Nexus MLS Database Now Compliant with RESO Data Dictionary 2.0 (8-20-2024)

We’re excited to announce that the Nexus MLS database is now compliant with version 2.0 of the RESO Data Dictionary. This update ensures our data structure aligns with the latest industry standards, providing a more consistent, reliable, and interoperable experience across the real estate sector.

New Fields in the Property Schema

As part of this update, several new fields have been added to the Property schema, including:

AboveGradeUnfinishedArea (Property)
ActivationDate (Property)
ListingURL (Property)
FhaEligibility (Property)
GreenVerificationYN (Property)

New Lookups

In addition, new lookups have been introduced, such as:

EngineeredHardwood (Flooring)
ComingSoon (ChangeType)
UtilityRoom (ImageOf)
SteelFrame (ConstructionMaterials)
PearlCertification (GreenBuildingVerificationType)
